Colin

Our story starts with police finding a young man in his early twenties roaming through the city in the middle of the night, naked, incoherent, and in a state of shock.  At first they thought he was drunk or abusing some other controlled substance, but when they realised that was not the case, they escorted him to the hospital.  Though doctors could find no apparent physical injury, the young man seemed to be suffering from massive mental trauma, with no idea of who he was or where he had come from.

In time, the young man found fragments of information returning to him.  He now knows that his name is Colin.  That he comes from the future, the year 2253, to be precise.  And, most importantly, that the human race is depending on him to save the world.  But other than that, all he has are vague flashes of unfamiliar places and faces.  He doesn’t know his surname.  He doesn’t know how he managed to travel through time.  He doesn’t know what he needs to save the world from.  But though he can’t explain why, he just knows his memories are real.

Unfortunately, his doctors weren’t so convinced.  They had him committed to a mental institution, where he is currently detained.  Is Colin merely suffering from delusions, or is he really a saviour from the future?  All Colin knows is, if he’s supposed to save the world, he’s going to have to find a way to escape, and soon…
