Fixed the skin colour 27/12/09
Decibelle the Tattoo Gal is always turned up to 11 she is always 1 louder, with Dec meaning ten in Latinish or some such language. Dec’s power of antagonisation is always at full power, causing fights and general mayhem wherever she goes, this punk rocker chick doesn’t have flowers in her hair, but she can kick many men’s arses, one on one or all at once. But as DEVO put it, She’s the Girl, the girl you want.

Ida thought she’d have MORE tattoo’s…you know….lower
I was gonna draw a full dragons tail wrapping around her left leg matching her right arm, but I don’t have time :S
