# 10 Mr. Howard
Welcome to Mid City Super Powered Community College. We provide an academic foundation to a Super Heroic future. The turn over rate of our instructors is among the lowest in the state.
Mr. Howard joined MCPCC way back in the spring of 1976 as the Ethics and the Vigilante instructor. He quickly rose to prominence on campus and eventually became the most popular faculty member among the student body as well as the staff. During an unfortunate hand glider accident in 1982 Mr. Howard was killed. We couldn’t bear to see him go…so the board of director approved the Zombification on his corpse. He now instructs (rather poorly I might add) the Orientation to Campus clase…but still remains chained to the wall in an attempt to keep him from biting or eating any more students.
