Allan Cepheus is your average dreamer, he believes the future is in space and joined the Survey Security crews to fulfill his dream. With his best friend Sarah Carinae, he wanted to sail the stars above and discover the hidden planets that blanketed themselves in the dark, however so far nothing ever comes of it. He sits night and day within his assigned survey cruiser, repeating the same repetitive task time and time over, leaving him as dark and cynical as ever in private, however cheerful and fun-loving in public. His past isn’t as dark and haunted as Sarah’s or the people around him, however, he feels the pain of others and therefore emotionally attached to those around him.

Raised by a war hero turned fanatic priest and a mysterious astronomer, he had a relatively happy childhood on Pluto. Against his fathers orders, he left planet to see his dream into space. Educated at the local Multiformity type schoolling station, he was praised by his superiors for his high grades and adaptability. Joined the army in his 20′s with Sarah and trained within Distict 41, again praised for his sharp eye and un-natural reflexes.
